Welcome to my Carputer Project Homepage.
After the last year (2005) an amplifier broke, I considered what should be inserted as the next. A new standard amplifier? No!
There I decided to change the sound arrangement and convert it into a multimedia centre.
The first step was to insert a new amplifier, witch supports dolby digital surround sound (5.1).
Then I made some tests with the bought sound card.
In the end, of course the whole must run under Linux. 
Now, the project grows up.
One of the next big steps is the frontend software program.
